What I like about Facebook’s certifications is that it is based on actual marketing fundamentals that I studied in college. You will start by learning to understand clients’ needs and requirements, then how to take them into consideration when designing your media plan.

Since the material is really condense and it teaches you a lot about Facebook’s ad tools, I will break down the topics the same way Facebook sectioned them in their training course:

Examination & showcasing your achievement:

The exam isn’t easy at all, I had to take it twice and I’ve been managing Facebook Ad campaigns for the past 8 years!

You will be monitored by a professional from Facebook’s examination partners. You are required to sit in a quiet room, the examiner will ask to be shown around the room to make sure that there aren’t any electronic devices and other prohibited materials. Water,Coffee & Smoking are not allowed.

You will have 105 minutes to finish the 60 multiple choice questions.

Keep in mind that you’ll have to book your exam ahead of time and pay for it. They will require you to install an application where the exam will take place on.
